Management platform for Admin User

As Admin User you have the control of your organization, its users and the associated roles. The allocation of the respective authorizations is necessary for test execution. Who has which rights and for what?

Scan QR-Code on ID-Card "Admin User" (part of Starterpackage) and enter the 4-digit PIN. The PIN must be changed, after entering it for the first time.

No registration is required. Once you logged in, you can change the login method (sign in with Microsoft) under your profile.

Now you have the possibilty to manage your organization. Go to more in the menu --> Management --> Manage organization.

Predefinied ID-Cards are ready to pass on to their owners.

Tests

As Admin User you have the overview of the history of each test.

Search for either the 4-digit test code or the booking reference (from eTermin).

Once entered, you will receive more information about the test.

- test result

- test type

- used test-label-code (incl. QR-Code for rescanning if necessary)

- used booking reference

History

- When and by whom was the test Check-In carried out?

- When and by whom was the result entered?

- When was the report created?

- When was the report downloaded?

- When was the Covid certificate created?

- When was the Covid certificate downloaded?

Email history

- When was the (report) email sent?

- When was the (report) email delivered?

- Possibility to resend the email

Reports

- Possibility to download the report (& if needed COVID certificate)

- Possibility to reissue digital Covid certificate

Health authority history

- Possibility to report again (please note that it can take up to 10 minutes for an entry to be made here.)

If, for example, one of your patients has a problem with getting a report, you can now see the email history and if necessary, can download the report directly or use the button send again to resend the email. In these cases, it is no longer necessary to contact our support team.

Please refer to the FAQs for information on how to proceed in the individual cases for the reissue of the Covid certificate. Please note that the Covid certificate can be downloaded, but according to the current test strategy, in certain cases no Covid certificate should be issued. Please find out whether and when a Covid certificate may be issued.

Furthermore, the query can be restricted with various filter options.

In the billing email you will find a link that will take you directly to the information on the test carried out. (only for Admin User)

Accounts

As Admin User you can see all users and their roles, which were assigned by you. More about other roles here.

With your Starterpackage we delivered you 10 predefinied users:

  • 1x Admin User

  • 3x Result User

  • 3x CheckIn User;

  • 3x CheckIn + Result User

Alternatively your users have personalized names, e.g. John Doe instead of Admin User (with authorization Admin User).

NOTE: Be aware if you change (delete or add hook) of predefined users, this user has no longer the authorization on the ID-Card.


Add new User

Step 1: Accounts Section

On left bar

Step 2: Click Add Account

On right bar

Add name and decide which role the new user should get

Step 4: Manage Identities

Click on Add, a new window pop up with an url code and PIN. Copy the URL by clicking on the right button and save the PIN.

Send this url code and PIN to your new created user. After you closed the window the PIN is not readable anymore.

NOTE: Please remember or write down the PIN carefully. This will only be shown to you once. There is no longer any possibility of restoring the PIN!


User lost PIN

If a user forgot or lost his PIN, it is not possible to show this again. Admin User can create a new identity. To avoid this, it is recommended to change the login method (login with Microsoft) after logging in for the first time.

To prevent misuse, please inform us that a new identity has been created. We'll remove the old one.

Create identity

Step 1. Choose user

Choose the user, who has lost or forgot its PIN.

Step 2. Manage identities

Click on Add, a new window pop up with an url code and PIN. Copy the URL by clicking on the right button and save the PIN.

Send this url code and PIN to your new created user. After you closed the window the PIN is not readable anymore.

NOTE: Please remember or write down the PIN carefully. This will only be shown to you once. There is no longer any possibility of restoring the PIN!


User lost ID-Card

To prevent misuse, please let us know if a user has lost their ID card. If the user has changed the login method (with Microsoft), we will inform you of the shortlink of the QR code on the ID card. The user can log in as usual. If the login method is the PIN, you have to create a new identity as an admin user. We´ll delete the old one.

Create identity

Step 1. Choose user

Choose the user, who has lost the ID-Card.

Step 2. Manage identities

Click on Add, a new window pop up with an url code and PIN. Copy the URL by clicking on the right button and save the PIN.

Send this url code and PIN to your new created user. After you closed the window the PIN is not readable anymore.

NOTE: Please remember or write down the PIN carefully. This will only be shown to you once. There is no longer any possibility of restoring the PIN!


Delete existing account / remove account

As Admin User you have the possibility to remove a user from your organization.

NOTE: User will not be deleted, only removed from your organization.

Remove User

Step 1: Choose User

Choose user, which you want to remove from your organization.

Step 2: Remove Account

Choose remove account and click on the Button "Remove Account". User will be removed from your organization. If user is part of more than one organization, user will only be removed from your organization and is still part of other organizations (if available).

If you unintentionally removed a user from the organization, please contact our support.

NOTE: There must be at least 1 user per organization.
