After signing a contract with us, you will receive a Starterpackage. This consists of:

With ID-Cards you can easily manage different users and roles for your organisation.

No registration is required. Scan QR-Code on ID-Cards and enter the PIN for opening the software. The PIN must be changed, after entering it for the first time. If the PIN is lost, the Admin User can create a new identity. Once you logged in, you can change the login method (sign in with Microsoft) in your profile settings.

Permission depends on the user and their roles, which were assigned by your Admin User.

Admin User

Admin User has the authorization to control the C19T process. As Admin User you have the authorization to scan permissions, enter results and manage your organisation as well as check Covid-Free Pass.

Role: Check Covid-Free Pass, Scan permissions, Enter results, Manage organization

CheckIn User

CheckIn User are only allowed to scan test permissions. CheckIn User is responsible for the Test Check-In prior the test execution. This person can be one of the company´s team member or medical staff. Furthermore CheckIn User is allowed to check Covid-Free Pass.

Role: Check Covid-Free Pass, Scan permissions

Result User

Result User is only allowed to enter test results. Result User is responsible for entering test results. It is recommended to enter the result with the 4-eye-principle. Furthermore Result User is allowed to check Covid-Free Pass.

CheckIn + Result User

The authorization of this user is combined of CheckIn and Result User.

Test User

Test User is allowed to manage tests. Test User has limited access to dashboard "Managing your roles" (Admin area).

QR-Code Labels are used to simplify the testing process and to avoid mix-ups of testkits, as they are clearly marked. The quantity depends on the number of testkits ordered.

One page consits of 25 codes. Each QR-Code is available twice. Put one QR-Code on the testkit and one on the test tube. On demand, we can also provide four identical QR-Codes.

NOTE: EACH QR-CODE-LABEL CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE

The Admin User (see article above) decides which person gets which authorization. CheckIn User scan the QR-Code Labels on the testkit before test execution, Result User scan the QR-Code Labels for entering test results.
