First name, last name, date of birth and ID number cannot be changed. In this case, please re-register.

​The procedure works as follows:

Changes can be made via the link in the email “Show Covid-Free Pass”, then click on the name, and then click on “Edit. ”

1. Click on the link “Show Covid-Free-Pass” in the e-mail.

2. Then your Covid-Free-Pass will appear with your QR code and name. Please click on the name (circled in yellow).

3. Then a field with the heading “Personalize Ticket” appears. Please scroll down and click on “Edit. ” Here you can then customize the field, which has to be adjusted.

4. Important: If you have changed your data, please click the box “I accept the data protection agreement. I also declare that I have the express permission of the person mentioned above to share their data for the purpose of personalisation” and click on “Save”.
