If you have not received your test result, please check the following 3 steps:

  1. Spam folder
    Please check if the email has landed in the spam folder.

  2. Have you linked the test-code-label to your account?
    Please check if you have linked the test-code-label to your account. If you have forgotten to link it, please follow the following instructions:

  3. Step 1 & 2 checked
    If you have checked step 1 & 2 and still haven’t received the e-mail, please send us a message. Either:
