If your test code label cannot be scanned, please check the following 3 steps:
1. Is your camera working?
If your camera stays white or black or doesn’t open for scanning the test code label, please follow the following link to the camera instructions:

2. Do you have a test code label with a 3-digit code?
If you have a 3-digit code, please throw away the test code label and use a test code label which has a 4-digit code.
If you only receive one test code label at a time, you can write to our support team. Please send a photo of the entire test code labelt to support@keyper.io
3. Is the QR code cut off from the test code label?
In this case, you can throw away the test code label and use a new one.
